A digital queue moves waiting-line state into software. Customers join electronically, hold a token on their phone, and staff control call-next from a dashboard instead of a paper dispenser.
Staff create a queue for the business location or service desk. The system generates a join link and QR code that customers will use later.
Customers scan the QR code with their phone camera and open the join page in a browser. They submit the fields the business requests — such as name or party size — then enter the waiting line.
Each customer receives a digital token page showing status and people ahead. As staff serve the line, token screens update in realtime.
Staff call, skip, recall, complete, or cancel from the dashboard or counter views. Optional TV displays show now-serving information in the lobby so the room stays aligned with the software order.
Create a digital TapQ queue in under 60 seconds. No hardware. No printer. No customer app.
