Customers use the camera they already have. After scanning, they open the join page, submit the form fields you configure, and receive a digital token. There is no App Store step and no guest account requirement.

QR Code Queue System
A QR code queue system lets customers join a waiting line by scanning a code at the door, counter, or table tent. TapQ generates a join QR for each queue so guests can enter the line on their phone browser.
Where to place the QR code
Common placements include entrance posters, host stands, reception desks, and counter displays. Because the join URL is stable for the queue, you can print once and reuse the same code.
After the scan
The customer keeps their token screen open to watch people ahead and status changes. Staff call the next person from the dashboard or counter view. Optional TV displays show now-serving information in the lobby.
